Sara & The Celebrities

My first job when I moved to Toronto in September 1998 was Assistant to a manager of his own music management company. One of his main artists was classical guitarist, Liona Boyd. This photo was taken at her book signing at the Bloor St. Chapters, downtown Toronto.

Went to a class and an improv show at the Bad Dog Theatre Company, downtown Toronto. Andrew Bush, ex-host/writer/director of Street Cents, was one of the improv members. Andrew can currently be seen working his comedic magic as part of "Picnicface." You can view them on YouTube or at their official wesbite. Such a great person!

In July 2003 I saw the play Sugar, during the 15th Annual Toronto Fringe Festival, in downtown Toronto. I arrive a little late and got one of the last seats which happened to be in the very front row. Lucky for me I not only got to see Carlo Rota (below) in action on stage, but got to sit beside another celebrity, David Gale (Loving Spoonfuls). He is a very kind person with a fantastic smile!

During the 15th Annual Toronto Fringe Festival I was lucky enough to see the play Sugar. One of the four cast members was Carlo Rota (La Femme Nikita & Queer As Folk). A really great guy and kind enough to have his photo taken with me!
